Fermented foods and drinks have been part of Chinese medicine dietary culture for thousands of years. You can buy fermented food and drinks, but these are expensive and often pasteurised and as such lacking in the health benefits of ferments that can be made at home.

As a Chinese medicine practitioner, I am passionate about incorporating fermented foods and drinks into your diet. I have been fermenting for over 12 years and my aim is to pass on this knowledge through hands-on workshops where I teach you the skills to make your own ferments at home.

The Good Life stocks fermenting kits, along with teas, herbs and spices in the clinic to enable you to make a wide range of ferments at home. This is not only more beneficial for your health but it is also an affordable way to improve your gut health and overall health.”
